The program is totally focused on the process of developing the common ground within a team – team-building.

Starting from the very beginning (arrival to the railway station), whole attention will be concentrated on the team values, characteristics and internal team communications.

The route is developed to work through six ppractical elements of a team interaction:
        1 - common goal
        2 - relevant division of labor
        3 - recognized leader
        4 - agreement with developed plan
        5 – strong relationships
        6 – regulated interaction

Each of the teams is to purchase from a Wizard their chest. In order to buy it they have to collect the needed number of coins (100); to finde a map, on which the Wizard’s dwelling place is marked and also to collect the keys, among which only one will fit the chest lock.

One more crucial moment in the game is to guess the password. Their have to name it meeting with the Wizard otherwise he won’t even talk to them.

Paying off their chest from the Wizard for 100 coins the team opens it and signs on the found ancient scroll The Covenant of Faithfulness and Unity.

There is one more chest – the main one with the Grail of Brotherhood and the Wine of Loyalty.

It is brought by the Wizard and Old man to the feast and is suggested to pay it off by the whole company (it’s the true show to watch!)..

The collected coins together (600 coins) are put on the scales and the weight of the coins is enough to purchase it from the Wizard.

One of the teams has got the key which fits this particular chest.

But the chains embracing the chest will fell out only with the pronounced phrase that destroys the ancient Curse.

The phrase is to be combined out of the passwords which every team had to guess before they met the Wizard.

The chest is open. The Wizard and the Old man take the Grail of Brotherhood and the Wine of Loyalty.

They fill the Grail with the Wine and followed by the symbolic ancient legend the Cup is passed around the circle. Every one who would drink from the cup symbolically becomes the part of United Company Brotherhood.
